Biotechnology

Regina conducts research in cellular agriculture, explores the effects of probiotics, and studies microbial communities across diverse environmental settings. She holds a PhD in Bioprocesses, a Master’s degree in Chemical and Biological Sciences, and a degree as a Chemist, Bacteriologist, and Parasitologist from the IPN.

She also holds a Master in Bioethics from Clarkson University.

She teaches courses in Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, and Sustainability.
