Applicants to the program are expected to:

Hold a master’s degree in Physical-Mathematical, Chemical-Biological, Mechanical, or related fields.

Have a minimum GPA of 8 in their master’s program.

Demonstrate the ability to address needs through technological innovation.

Show proficiency in subjects related to their previous degree, to assess their academic knowledge.

Possess the vocation and skills to conduct scientific research and develop technological innovations.

Have a good command of the English language.
GRADUATE PROFILE
Graduates of the Doctorate in Advanced Technology at CICATA will be able to:

Demonstrate technical, scientific, and creative abilities to conduct frontier research in applied science, both independently and in collaboration with other experts.

Communicate the key results of their work effectively, both orally and in writing, to diverse audiences at national and international levels.

Understand the options for protecting technological developments generated in their projects.

Build collaborations that allow them to integrate seamlessly into the innovation process, while being fully aware of their role as generators of new ideas.

Apply the methodologies necessary to continue generating scientific knowledge and technological development, contributing to the resolution of social needs identified through prior research.
